David Person, Owner

Dave Person has delivered consistent quality repair and renovation for homeowners in the rivertowns for ten years; remodeling kitchens and rebuilding porches and patios to identifying leaks and repairing water damage. 

His broad knowledge of how buildings work and network of reliable plumbers and electricians saves clients money while his personable manner and responsive communication offers peace of mind. 

Dave apprenticed with the lower Hudson Valley’s master craftsmen of historic properties, and has worked at some of the rivertowns’ most iconic buildings including the Octagon House and Shadowbrook in Irvington, and 189 Broadway, a 200-year-old Colonial villa in Dobbs Ferry. 

Dave is certified in Property Management and a Licensed Contractor. 

Dave and Lenore Person entered property management as caretakers of Shadowbrook, one of the gems of the rivertowns, where they learned historic home care and repair as well as tenant relations. They have renovated three homes in the Hudson Valley and been landlords for three decades.
